Happy New Year's Eve, Blue Moon, Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse!

This is a rare night! A Full Moon, Blue Moon, Lunar Eclipse~ Very Powerful for Us All! A Blue moon on New Year's Eve only happens every 19 years. The last time a blue moon coincided with New Year's Eve was in 1990. The next opportunity will come in 2028. Even rarer tonight because it is a Lunar Eclipse. This eclipse is in Cancer, a fitting wrap-up for the year!

Tis' The Season

Yes, The Christmas/Holiday Season is in full bloom! Christmas Lights are everywhere, and the shoppers are bustling around with their lists in hand! Even with the economy crunch, there are plenty of those who want to spend, spend, spend... the government employees have not taken a pay decrease, in fact the raises just keep coming. These are the bureaucrats, hired and elected. They talk about having to "be on the economy" as very risky and scary- better to stay safe on the government roles- and this is on our taxpayer dollars! The economy funds them! WE fund them!

Blogging

Blogging is almost like flogging with the slow internet service that "wireless" provides in Colorado. Is it like this all over the world? Sprint is not service-oriented, yes I have Sprint. Broadband- it was great, wireless is a dud- get that Sprint? I am not a geek, and us non-geeks need a good service, so we can actually enjoy blogging again. Please???

Almost New Moon

Tomorrow is a new moon, it is in Sagittarius. All new moons are powerful for new programs, ideas, babies~ virtually anything new! Feel the newness of yourself and how you can renew anytime, any month, any year... whenever you are ready. I will be attending ANEW this week- it is a networking women's group for EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN, I always think of myself anew when I attend this group. I also RENEW myself every day, always learning new things, ways of being, and giving myself a new space to simply have an open mind. Professionally, as well as personally renewing is living life "new" every day! New moons are special, because we have new options and choices open to us from The Universe, our Creator, God! (Goddess, if you prefer...)

Friday the 13th

Every year has at least one Friday the 13th, this year has 3! Here are the years with 3: 1998, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2026! 13 is a lucky number, and to have 3 in one year makes these years triple lucky also! Some people avoid this number, thinking it is an unlucky number~ even buildings avoid naming the 13th floor, instead skip from 12th to 14th floor, or suites in a hotel, condo, ofice or apartment avoid having a number 13 on the door. This is silly, since 13 is so lucky. If we call it blessed, instead of lucky, maybe this number will get more respect...

V Day

Veterans Day honors all those who have served in the military~ here is the meaning behind its exact date (November 11)~ In 1918, in the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, a stop to hostilities was declared, ending World War I. An Armistice to cease the fighting on the Western Front was signed between All the Allied Forces and Germany.
President Woodrow Wilson immediately proclaimed the day "Armistice Day," the annual commemoration on November 11. Over the years, with our Veterans also returning from World War II and the Korean War, Armistice Day became Veterans Day — a day reserved to honor veterans returning from all wars. 11/11 still represents the end of the Great War, and All Veterans from All wars are honored on this day. Thank You All for defending and protecting our freedom, liberty and Constitution!

Prayer

Lord, make me an instrument of Thy Peace
Where there is hatred, let me sow Love
Where there is injury, Forgiveness
Where there is discord, Unity
Where there is doubt, Faith
Where there is error, Truth
Where there is despair, Hope
Where there is sadness, Joy
Where there is darkness, Light
Grant that I may not seek to be consoled as to console
To be understood as to understand
To be loved as to love
For it is in giving that I receive
It is in pardoning that I am pardoned
And it is in dying that I am born to eternal life.

10-29

10-29 is a momentous date. 80 years ago, on 10-29-1929 the wall street crash was heard around the world, then plunged us into "the great depression"... My mother was also born on this day~ HAPPY 80th BIRTHDAY, MOM! 40 years ago on 10-29-1969, the internet was born or launched, and our world has never been the same! This 10-29, we seem to have the depression and the internet... what new event will shape our lives this year on 10-29-2009?

Nebulae, Bipolar Stars?

For the astrophysicist, an electron is a particle of matter with momentum that is described in part by Newton’s laws. It goes “bump” in the night sky and causes shock waves and hot gas in planetary nebulae. The nebulae are explosions of stars that are burning themselves up with internal fusion fires. For the plasmaphysicist, an electron is a unit of charge in an electrical current that is described in part by Maxwell’s equations. It is part of an electrical circuit that causes planetary nebulae to emit synchrotron radiation, to show bipolar symmetry, to have hourglass shapes, to develop toroidal currents around the central star, to display polar jets, and to oscillate in energy output. The nebulae are z-pinches in galactic electrical circuits. (Thunderbolts.com)

PA WEEK This Week

This is PA WEEK! Oct 6-12. It was PA Day, now expanded into PA WEEK in recent years. Honoring all PA's and their contribution to American Healthcare, Medicine & Healing, this week celebrates the dedication of the PA to you- the patient. Most PA's are in Primary Care, ie: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine. More PA's are now evolving into Specialties such as Surgery, Emergency Medicine, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, and others. PA's are your Patient Advocates, your PArtners in Health, and your Physician Associates/Assistants. Most large (and small) medical practices have PA's in addition to Physicians. PA's are serving in ALL branches of the US Military, most branches of the US government, & even at the White House~ yes even the President has a PA, as well as a physician. The British are now "trying out" US PA's, and developing their own PA programs. Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Scotland and South Africa are also starting PA programs after the US model. PA's serve in ALL medical missions to underdeveloped countries, giving FREE medical care all over the world. PA's are also on the frontlines of FREE medical clinics right here in the USA for the homeless, immigrant and indigent populations, and PA's VOLUNTEER for these very difficult and sometimes heartbreaking "jobs"! PA's do all of these because they love what they do and PA's are dedicated to caring for YOU!

Equinox

This Autumn Equinox is different than any other. Yes, it is the day when night=day, light=dark, but it seems this year, the light has overtaken the darkness. Just observe those around you~ there are now more Lightworkers than ever before. We carry light in our hearts and are enlightened, our Mother Earth reflects this.

International Peace Day

Today is the International Day of Peace. The UN designated this day. This image has the logo of the UN overlying the world- inside the dove. I believe EVERY DAY should be a day of peace. (I am not delusional) There is something wrong with the fact of only one day in 365 days is a day of peace. Intend peace and it will be. Why does the UN have such a problem with that? Shalom<^>

Constitution Day 222nd Anniversary

Celebrate Constitution Day!

What is Constitution Day?
The signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, by the Founding Fathers is one of the most important and influential events in American history, establishing the many rights and freedoms “We the People” enjoy today.
Join the celebration on September 17, 2009, at the National Constitution Center. All events are FREE with museum admission.

Constitution Day was celebrated all across America today.
The Daughters of the American Revolution celebrated the 222nd Anniversary of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution by the Constitutional Convention held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 17, 1787 by reading it in the Mansfield Central Park Gazebo.
The Daughters of the American Revolution are a patriotic group that stands behind patriotic events and supports Veterans. Each D.A.R. Member has a relative who served in the Revolutionary War.

10 Fast Facts on the Constitution:
1. The U.S. Constitution was written in the same Pennsylvania State House where the Declaration of Independence was signed and where George Washington received his commission as Commander of the Continental Army. Now called Independence Hall, the building still stands today on Independence Mall in Philadelphia, directly across from the National Constitution Center.
2. Written in 1787, the Constitution was signed on September 17th. But it wasn't until 1788 that it was ratified by the necessary nine states.
3. The U.S. Constitution was prepared in secret, behind locked doors that were guarded by sentries.
4. Some of the original framers and many delegates in the state ratifying conventions were very troubled that the original Constitution lacked a description of individual rights. In 1791, Americans added a list of rights to the Constitution. The first ten amendments became known as The Bill of Rights
5. Of the 55 delegates attending the Constitutional Convention, 39 signed and 3 delegates dissented. Two of America's "founding fathers" didn't sign the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson was representing his country in France and John Adams was doing the same in Great Britain.
6. Established on November 26, 1789, the first national "Thanksgiving Day" was originally created by George Washington as a way of "giving thanks" for the Constitution.
7. Of the written national constitutions, the U.S. Constitution is the oldest and shortest.
8. At 81, Benjamin Franklin of Pennsylvania was the oldest delegate at the Constitutional Convention and at 26, Jonathon Dayton of New Jersey was the youngest.
9. The original Constitution is on display at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. When the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, it was moved to Fort Knox for safekeeping.
10. More than 11,000 amendments have been introduced in Congress. Thirty three have gone to the states to be ratified and twenty seven have received the necessary approval from the states to actually become amendments to the Constitution.

911

A picture is worth a thousand words. This is and will ALWAYS be a day of mourning as well as rememberance. Service is for another day. We serve, in fact every day except the days like today when we take time to pause and bow our head in prayer, and respect for our collective loss.

9-9-9

September 9, 2009, is the 252nd day of the year, 252 adds to 9, and 09-09-09 = 27.
09-09-09 is also the last of the single-digits dates for quite a while - 92 years to be precise.
It is also the upside-down number of "the beast" - satan = 666, of course.
The day itself falls on a Wednesday and both Wednesday & September have 9 letters.

Fires, Hurricane~ September starting with a bang!

California fires and hurricane are upon us. The place is heating up! And all of this after Cali Gov Arnold S, AKA "The Governator" declared bankruptcy for the overburdened state. Cali is not just overburdened by debts, but also by illegals, causing increased crimes, etc, etc ad nauseum. It is sure a shame, I used to love Cali, San Diego especially! Now, I will probably never go there again~ there are better places to spend my time and money, as well as being safer and more fun. In any case, pray for this beautiful state and all the beautiful California people, who must be really suffering through all these disasters. The hurricane is off the Baja right now, heading right for Southern Cali, hopefully it will die down to a tropical storm when it hits land...

The Perseid meteor shower is subsiding. According to the International Meteor Organization, the shower peaked on August 12th with 180 meteors per hour! Now Earth is exiting the debris stream of Comet Swift Tuttle and rates are dropping back to normal lows. The moon did not keep these beauties from shining on through the sky!

Advice from The Elders

There is more research from Priceless Legacy, a company that turns interviews with older adults (elders) into life stories in print or video format. An analysis of its projects shows that the top five life lessons shared by people ages 65 to 104 are:

1. The simple things matter most.
2. Humor and time cure most pains.
3. There's more satisfaction in giving than getting. Service to others is the most satisfying activity.
4. Choose your spouse carefully. It will be your most important decision.
5. Work hard and in a field or role that you enjoy.

My Dad would add: Plant things that will last longer than you, to give back to your Mother~Earth.

From Good into Great

“The important thing is this- to be able at any moment to sacrifice what we are, for what we can become.” Charles DuBois
A Special Mentor of mine paraphrased this as choosing the Great over the Good. Yes, I have a good life, but every minute of every day, I am willing to give up the good life for the great life! Into Great~ this is my motto, M.O. and philosophy! This is distictively different from being rich & famous, well known or even a celebrity~ all of which I am NOT! To be GREAT is to be a servant of ALL, to be a light in the dark, to be a beacon to the lost, helping all who need it and LOVING IT!

Intenders of the Highest Good Workshop

Last Sunday, I attended The Intenders of the Highest Good Workshop with Tony Burroughs, one of the co-creators of the Intenders. Also there was Tina Stober, who is also an original member and channels Lee Ching, a spiritual guide of The Intenders, and Aaron Jacobson, who is a singer/songwriter musician for The Intenders. He has written new songs about The Intenders and writes Songs for The Aquarian Age. Now, these three really are impressive together! The last time I was at an Intenders Workshop, it was only Tony, but it was great! Tony was enough. We were spoiled this time with 3 Great Intenders and a Great Spirit Guide, not to be outdone by 5 tornados that touched down in the area! The drive was beautiful with thousands of bikers on the road, due to a bike race going on. We were all really On the Road With The Code, as all Good Intenders should~ enjoying every minute! Thanks Tony, Tina and Aaron! BTW~ They are coming to a town near you! Check out http://www.intenders.com/

Here comes a new wave~ a wave of promise and pathways through the maze. The media is focused on the negative news, all the hype and lies. What really is happening is the way of truth is opening right before us, it is at hand as we speak! Follow the breadcrumbs left on the path for us to find our way through, follow the yellow brick road to our own Emerald City, follow The Light of The Heart! Flow with the new wave while enjoying the ride. All is Well. So Be It.

March New Moon

This new moon is in Aries, it came in with a bang! Aries is a bold sign, the first of the year, so of course, it would make a splash! The whiteout and blizzard that it brought is very powerful indeed! It brought us all to our knees, we are humbled, some are stranded, all are awed! The weather changes of snow blizzards here and floods there, volcano eruptions in other places, tornados and strong winds, maybe an earthquake or hurricane thrown in for good measure someplace are all part of the story of our lives on Planet Earth. Hang in there and hang on for the wild ride of your life~ it is better than the alternative. It is truly a blessing to be here now, Enjoy the ride!

Hopi Messages

New Moon, Spring is on the way....... A Message From the Hopi Elders, 2009 You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour. Now you must go back and tell the people that this is The Hour. Here are the things that must be considered: Where are you living? What are you doing? What are your relationships? Are you in the right relation? Where is your water supply? Know your garden. It is time to speak your Truth. Create your community. Be good to each other. And do not look outside yourself for the leader. This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel like they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off toward the middle of the river. Keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. See who is there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all Ourselves! For the moment we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt. The time of the lonely wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word struggle from your attitude and vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we have been waiting for.

Happy White Light Valentines Day

This is it! The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius! This morning at dawn was the most spectacular morning ever! Arising to all white frost on the trees and everything else, as well as a very thick white fog that hung heavy in the air until almost noon! It was difficult to see anything but white! The white light was overwhelming! Then, the sun came out and took its time in resolving the fog, but first the fog slowly lifted, then the frost very slowly fell off the trees. The clouds that were in the sky were fabulous, some were cumulus, but most were fabulous...
Check out this site with some heart shaped clouds for a Valentine Treat:

The Age of Aquarius

THE AQUARIAN ALIGNMENT, February 14, 2009 http://www.judecurrivan.com/media-articles/articles/the-aquarian-alignment-14th-february-2009/ We can perceive the collective influence of this momentous astrological event (February 14th) by looking at the alignment from a globally centered perspective. When we do, something extraordinary and exquisite emerges. At dawn on 14th February the day dedicated to St Valentine, the Patron Saint of Love, the Moon in Libra enters the seventh house of relationships. And Jupiter and Mars are aligned in Aquarius in the twelfth house of spiritual transformation.Forty years ago, the intuitive words of a song called Aquarius, brought the dawning of the New Age into our collective awareness:"When the Moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligns with Mars. Then peace will guide the planets, and love will steer the stars." At dawn on 14th February the Cosmos actually embodies this perfect alignment to support our collective manifestation of Love and Peace, and the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. The Aquarian chart of 14th February reveals an incredible concentration of Cosmic influences blending with the energies of Aquarius in the twelfth house. Expansive Jupiter and energetic Mars are aligned with the higher purpose of the North Node. The presence of Chiron the wounded healer offers us the opportunity to heal the schisms that have separated us for so long. Neptune emphasizes collective humanitarian movements and the co-creation of social justice. And the presence of the radiant Sun enlightens the entire alignment.Mercury also in the twelfth house but just beyond the cusp in Capricorn, allies with transformational Pluto to communicate and anchor the Shift throughout our global structures and institutions. The Moon in Libra in the seventh house emphasizes harmonious real -ationships. Venus in Aries in the first house energizes and empowers dynamic co-creativity. And whilst Saturn the great task master in opposition to Uranus the unexpected awakener is suggesting an ongoing confrontation as the dregs of the unsustainable old paradigm reluctantly give way to the untested hope of the new, their placements in Virgo and Pisces brings practical altruism and visionary inspiration to the transition. At 7:25 a.m. on 14th February - and for the 18 minutes of the alignment, I invite you, into the Universal Heart, to add your own Intention for Love and Peace, and to co-create the dawning of the Age of Aquarius to that of the Cosmos. Join in whatever way feels appropriate for you. You may choose to align with 7:25 a.m. (UT) or 7:25 a.m. your own local time energizing a wave of intention that will surge around the Earth.===============Peace, Love, and Light,Barbara Wolf http://globalmeditations.com/subscribe.html

Old & New

Did you ever sing this song when you were young~
Make New Friends, but Keep the Old,
One is Silver & the Other is Gold
This is so true, you do want old and new, and also silver and gold in your life.
All the New Babies coming into the world now are excited to be here! They are Silver~ bright and shiny! Sometimes they even come in multiples~ such as the octuplets born in California.
On the other hand, so many people wanting to leave the planet at this time, as well! It takes great courage to stay and improve your life rather than escape from it~ "keep the old" Your life is Gold!

Eclipses, Solar & Lunar

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius on January 25-26, 2009, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Leo on February 9, 2009, and the two weeks in between these celestial events, are providing a unique window of opportunity through which the Light of God will flow to inspire & empower whatever we focus our attention on. Let us all focus only on the positive things we want to manifest in our lives and the very highest good for ALL Life on Earth. Intentions are magnified, especially LOVE based intentions, and this lasts for over 6 months after the eclipses!

ONE is the Number of this Full Moon

On January 10-11, we experience the Full Moon as it passes closest to the Earth in its annual orbit. This close passage is called Perigee, which is always a very powerful Full Moon. The Full Moon is the largest and brightest in 2009, in the sign of Cancer. The number ONE reflects new beginnings, the number ELEVEN is the master number that reflects the transformation of the Physical into the Divine. In Numerology, 2009 numerically is an 11 year, 2 + 9 = 11, January 10 and 11, 2009, offer us a greatly amplified influx of the Divine. January 10 is a 1-1-11 day, and January 11 is a 1-11-11 day. The combined influences of the Perigee Full Moon and the one and eleven numerological frequencies will greatly empower whatever we focus our attention on. For this reason, we can invoke the Violet Flame during this time, and continue invoking this Sacred Fire throughout 2009. This will allow the negativity that is surfacing all over the world to be quickly transmuted into Light.

Epiphany

January 6 - Epiphany By Lynn Jericho
An epiphany is a revelation. Something new and vital has come to consciousness. In the Christian festivals, Epiphany celebrates the coming of the Three Kings or Magi. It falls on January 6th. The Epiphany that follows Inner Christmas and the Twelve Holy Nights lasts throughout the year. Each of the Twelve Inner Christmas messages was written to initiate an epiphany in your consciousness. Each begins a process in your soul and as you let the process unfold some unexpected insight, release, healing, liberation, or transformation occurs. This unfolding may occur immediately or may take days, weeks or months to appear. Remember the Three Magi and their long and patient journey following the Star. You will find your way to the manger in your soul and the manifestation of wonder and wisdom. Here are the twelve needs. I’ve put them in three categories for Three King’s Day.
The Four MirrorsYou need all four reflections to have a deep sense of who you are.
NatureDivinity Others Self
The Four StatesYou need to maintain all four states to have a clear, creative and productive soul life.
CalmArousal Grief Beginnings
The Four PerspectivesBuilding imaginations from these perspectives bringshealth and freedom into your soul.

I must laugh at this list because it is so different from what I had written down as possible topics before Inner Christmas began. I was surprised by the messages as I wrote them. After doing this for five years, I truly trust this spiritually inspired process.
After the Holy NightsWhat happens to our souls when the Holy Nights come to an end? Do the veils between human souls and the Spiritual World begin to thicken again?Yes, the veils begin to slowly thicken as earthly light grows. It is not a curtain quickly closing, just a gentle fading into slightly blurry shadows. It is not that we are less spiritual, or less connected to the Spiritual World, rather it is the graceful and creative cycle of our soul's attention through the Inner Year. Our renewed and re-purposed souls begin to refocus on the sensory world and our journey as earthly beings. But after the experience of the Twelve Holy Nights, we see ourselves more clearly. We feel our relationships more dearly. Our ability to engage with our inner lives and our outer lives is stronger. We have evolved, grown, developed.Remember to revisit the twelve messages of Inner Christmas 2008 throughout the year. Read them with wonder and new wisdom will appear.
The Inner YearEach year our souls’ earthly journey offers way stations for rest, contemplation and inspiration. These are the seasonal and spiritual (or religious) festivals throughout the year. They create the rhythms and gifts of our Inner Year.In the First Holy Night we looked at the mirror of nature. We can think of the seasons of the soul reflecting the seasons of the year- Inner Winter, Inner Spring, Inner Summer, and Inner Autumn. Or imagine the cycle of an apple tree - in the deep dark and cold of Inner Winter, the activity in the roots of our soul trees is very intense. We are gather the spiritual warmth and astral forces to put forth our budding thoughts, feelings and deeds this Inner Spring. In a few days, I will write again and share with you the ways I will support your journey through the Inner Year.Meanwhile, thank you so much for celebrating Inner Christmas, for your thoughtful comments, and for your generous donations. I do believe the Spiritual World delights in our work together.I wish you a rich and fulfilling Inner 2009, abundant with meaning, miracles and mysteries.

Select and copy the text of the message to your text program. Make any changes to the font for your reading comfort. Create an Inner Christmas 2008 folder on your desktop. You can then use the message as a journal by inserting your own thoughts, responding to the questions, or adding questions of your own. Also you can insert lots of blank space after each thought, paragraph or question for your writing; print the document; write your thoughts in the blank spaces; and keep all the messages in a binder.I encourage you to return to the messages throughout the year to deepen your understanding of your soul and the ways you meet your soul's needs.

2009 is Divine!

So far, 2009 is Divine! Everything seems to be fine, and flowing sublime... Snow has been falling in the Colorado Rockies, just what we expect at this time. My resolution this year is: Live Well! I plan and intend to do just that! So I relax in my favorite home with my favorite son, eating my favorite food, staying warm and happy! My favorite daughter is on the sunny beach, celebrating with her favorite guy! Ahh Life! Here is To Life!
